Citrus Breaded Sea Bass

Fresh Sea Bass, is so fresh it needs minimal seasoning, the flavor is so satisfying.

Perfect for a family dinner or for entertaining with friends, because is easy to prepare and beautiful to present.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 bunch  carrot

  • 1 cup brussel sprouts

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

  • 2 tsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 brown potato

  • 2 tsp butter

  • 7 to 8 oz Sea Bass filet

  • kosher salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1-Place the potatoes in a pot with cold water, bring it to boil, for approximately 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked, do not overcooked.

2-In a bowl mashed the potatoes until smoothed add the butter, salt and pepper.

3-Peel the carrots and cut them as french fries, seasoned them with olive oil, salt and pepper.

4-Place the carrots in a baking dish, broil them for approximately 10 minutes or when they are cooked and roasted.

5- Cut the brussel sprouts lenghtwise.

6-In a pot bring to boil water, cook the brussel sprouts for about 8 minutes.

7- Drain the brussel sprouts, seasoned them with olive oil, salt and pepper.

8- In a baking pan, place the seasoned brussel sprouts, broil them for approximately 8 minutes or until crispy.

9- Rinse the Sea Bass filet, pat dry with a paper towel.

10- Seasoned it with salt and pepper

11- Mix the bread crumbs with the chopped parsley

12- Breaded the Sea Bass.

13 In a Baking pan , place the Sea Bass and broil it for 4 minutes.

14 Serve the Sea Bass with the carrots and brussel sprouts and a scoop of mashed potatoes.

15 Enjoy.

Always buy wild fish, and the best quality, your body will appreciate the taste and nutrients.

Broil the fish when you are ready to serve it.
