INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large container soak the turkey in salted water overnight.

  2. Rinse and pat dry the turkey with a paper towel.

  3. Marinate the turkey with the salt, white pepper, olive oil, butter, paprika, garlic, mustard, coating the turkey all over and inside the skin, and in the cavity. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

  4. Fill the cavity with onions and herbs.

  5. Bake for about 1 ½ hours at 375 °F. (Please read the oven time in the instructions for more accurate baking time.)

  6. Baste the turkey with the juices from the pan, every 20 minutes.

  7. When the turkey is finished roasting, take the filling out of the cavity.

  8. Place the turkey breast down and cover before serving.

RECIPE NOTES

Brining the turkey over night is very helpful for a tasty moist turkey breast.

Enjoy❤️
