Our Signature meal program is created uniquely for you to give your body what it needs to feel at your best. Our meals are made with the most important ingredients: love and care. Our meals are proportionally balanced with proteins, vegetables and complex carbohydrates. They are also balanced with meat and vegetarian meals for optimal health.

We believe food is medicine and is only as good as the ingredients we use. To ensure our clients are receiving the best nutrition, we source all of our ingredients from local and organic farms.

Small plates are approximately 395 calories each meal. Includes lunch and dinner per day.
