Our Signature meal program is created uniquely for you to give your body what it needs to feel at your best. Our meals are made with the most important ingredients: love and care. All meals are proportionally balanced with protein, vegetables, and complex carbohydrates. We also keep a balance between offering meat and vegetarian meals for optimal health.

We believe food is medicine and is only as good as the ingredients we use. to ensure our clients receive the best nutrition, we source all our ingredients from local and organic farms.

Small plates are approximately 650-700 calories per meal.
